About me

I discovered my love for real estates as a young man in the big financial world and knew early on that I want to dedicate my life to real estate sales and perfect my sales, customer-oriented and personality-developing skills.

 

I can draw on over 20 years of real estate experience. Starting with training as a banker and real estate financing consultant at Erste Group Bank, through management of real estate transactions with residential and commercial properties at investment funds and the acquisition and sale of large-scale commercial real estate projects at renowned and international represented brokerage company based in Vienna.

 

In my many years of work, I have successfully managed large-volume real estate transactions and acquired extensive knowledge in the areas of real estate planning and marketing of complex projects and properties. I acquired my specialist know-how at the University of Applied Sciences for Business Consulting and Real Estate Management as well as further training such as Rsc. “Real Estate Consultant” expanded. My solution-oriented approach paired with customer orientation and deep understanding of the market characterize my way of working. I attach great importance to quality and good relationships, which form the basis for every deal.

 

My expertise extends across all phases of the real estate cycle, from acquisition and valuation to marketing and sale. 

 

I have built sustainable customer relationships, supported project marketing, managed properties worth of up to eight figures and successfully completed complex real estate transactions.
